Before you write

Most questions about the Destiny Matrix tools are answered on the tool pages themselves:

• A number looks different from another site — check the reduction rule: we keep 22 as a valid result and reduce everything above 22 by adding digits. Worked examples (15/03/1990 and 17/11/1978) are published on every page so you can verify the arithmetic yourself.
• A date is rejected — we accept real calendar dates from 1 January 1900 through today, including proper leap days, and reject impossible dates such as 30 February.
• Download or copy problems — the PNG, SVG and copy buttons run entirely in your browser; trying a current version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari solves most export issues.
• What the readings mean — every page states that the destiny matrix is symbolic entertainment for self-reflection, not a prediction of any kind.

What we do not have

There is no user account, no database of birth dates and no e-mail support inbox attached to the public tools — calculations never leave your browser, so there is nothing to look up or delete on our side. We currently do not publish a support e-mail address; this page will be updated with a contact channel when one opens.
